Sunday Open Studio at the One Arts Cabin at Camp Meade

When: 11am- 6pm

We welcome families into the One Arts Cabin to make art. Parents are welcome to accompany their children and come in to enjoy the simple and meditative act of drawing and coloring. Additionally parents can purchase art activities for their children such as time on the loom, use of the glue gun station and more. Parent can also choose to drop off their kids.

Kid drop off is now available! If parents want to get a coffee and catch up on some work at Red Hen parents can drop off their child at the One Arts Cabin. Rates for child drop off are $15 for an hour or less. Parents can book up to three consecutive hours for child drop off and must remain within fifteen minutes of Camp Meade. Cost of projects are not included in child drop off fee. However if your child chooses two or more projects receive a 20% discount on project price.

Projects for all ages available! Just as important as nourishing our young ones is nourishing ourselves. Adults can enjoy creating their own custom watercolor card, glass etching, and time on the loom.

The ONE Arts Studio at Camp Meade is delighted to be home to two accessible looms, perfect for all ages to learn to weave! Weaving at ONE Arts Studio is all about joyful creation, choosing colors and textures and giving oneself space to sink into the meditative rhythm of the loom. There are no mistakes! 

Projects available for purchase and Child Drop Off rates:

• Child drop off for an hour or less is $15. Book up to three consecutive hours

• Loom Weaving with beginner instructions: $25 for half hour or $40 for an hour
